Is this my leak - driver side rear cam seal?

Ok so I seen a small oil spot on my driveway today so I went looking around and found this. Now I've looked my heads and valve covers over and no leaks. When I removed the plastic cover underneath it had some new oil on it. I looked forever and traced it to this. What appears to be the rear cam seal on the driver side. Would this cause a pretty good oil leak when the motor is hot? Thanks for any help!
