While I agree with the testing being a good thing, I feel like they are excessive in their glare penalty ratings.

I have a civic touring with LED lights, they say “excessive glare” present on low beams, so instantly they are “poor” even though they meet the distance requirements quite well. I have encountered other civics with LEDs and didn’t think glare was particularly bad, I get blinded far worse by many other vehicles.
