Hi guys

I am new to the forum and recently bought a white Forester(not an XT). I love the way it looks except from rear. It looks very modest and a bit cheap in my opinion. Especially the black plastic down below.
Looking for a way to improve the looks from rear. Some ideas that comet to my mind:

install chrome trim over the black bumper
paint plastic to white
coat the rear bumper with some good looking material (e.g. carbon, piano black)
install a new masculine bumper (though i don't know where to get it, dont forget that i am located in Turkey)

Thanks for your help

Chrome helps nothing, will only make it tacky IMO. To be honest, the rear could use more black on it, further up. I would even say taking matte-black vinyl and blacking out the license plate area could spice it up a bit.

I'm the opposite, I didn't like the front. Rear looks more mature than the previous generation.

Anything you add will detract and make it look "High School Harryish" (IMHO)
Simple is better in the case of a Forester. Its your vehicle though.

There is a Rear Bumper underguard from Subura (pt # E551SSG300). Tha might help. Adding some black to break up the white might help. I saw some people that used Plasti-Dip on the emblems and badges on the back.
