I became a daddy on Friday! I have a beautiful daughter Lucy! Drove her home today in the forester, which even though she slept the entire journey, she obviously loved! (She even wished me luck for my re-booked re-map tomorrow!)

Congratulations mate.

My lad (fast approaching two now) loves Subarus. He already has his ear trained for a flat four.

Eh? He has had a kid, not become a middle-aged woman!

Congrats! To say your life is about to change is a bit of an understatement. Enjoy every sleepless moment. It goes by way too fast. My "baby" is 7yo now.

Awww... sweet!!! Lovely girl. Enjoy every moment with her (although that might be difficult once she hits her teens). They grow up too fast. It seems like mine were born not that long ago and now he's 30 and she's 28.

It is the only interesting engine sound in the common world apart from the odd V8.

I don't think I've ever seen Howard's way, probably too young...

Ziggen is an unusual name , where's that from?

I am aware of it, but never watched it... probably due to being a child.

Pete, I assume you have already earmarked funds for your daughter's first Recaro seat?

If you are able to make the meet you can have a nosey at the one I have, just in case you had any crazy thoughts to buy anything else! :icon_wink::biggrin:

That's okay, we had a Maxi-cosy first. The first seats don't last long; a year max.

Once they face forward you need to get yourself some Recaro goodness. And joking aside, they're really good seats and decent value!
