Is there any kit availble that would allow me to adjust the idle speed on my 2.5 XTE?

Other than a trip to the dealers.

Thanks,

Max

Not sure if the idle speed is adjustable outside of the ECU. Why do you want to adjust it?

You are right the idle is set by the ecu. When I first bought the car I asked the dealer to increase the idle to 750 as I like a reasonable amount of creep on an auto. Last week I had a flat battery and the idle has gone back to 650. I have a laptop so was just wondering if some sort of software was available.

ECUEdit or ROMRaider might work... you'll need the right cable though. Have a look on Scoobypedia.org
