Hello all, trying to fix a clogged or disconnected AC condensate tube, but it seems like I can’t get to it without damaging or breaking the lower plastic panel/the plastic knobs holding it in place?

I’ve been trying to get under the plastic circle knobs and pry them open with my multi tool, but they don’t want to budge, and i don’t want to force them so much that they break, Is there a better way to open it?? (Pic attached)
