Welcome, another 2010 here, my steering is sloppier than my Civic Si FA5, but I would not say it's bad.

Sloppy steering at 60 - 65 MPH

The problem gets worse if you load anything in the back. Subaru has rotated tires. Adjusted alignment and then tells me that this is the design of the car.
