Hello From New Mexico!

Hi everyone. I'm from the NY area originally and moved to NM about three years ago. In 2017 my Corolla got into an auto-wreck and was totaled. Since I'm sticking around the southwest and go to a lot of national parks, something with all wheel drive and a little more height made sense.

I really don't like the idea of being a clueless consumer so I'm trying to learn more about my vehicle and the mechanics as possible. Most anything I own I can fix, diagnose, or better communicate with experts because I take the time to understand it. My next hurtle is this Forester.
