Will be test driving Subaru models this weekend in order to make a choice between the Forester, Outback. Lots of research and reviewing threads on pricing, issues, likes/dislikes, etc. Thanks to everyone who posts. This will be our first Subaru and looking forward to joining the club.

If anyone has any recommendations for dealerships making fair deals in/around TN, I am listening.

Thanks ! Yep, have been cruising that one on both forums. Some very good deals to be had across the board and in the LTD trim which we are looking at. I have contact all of the dealers in TN and they are all "eager to help". We shall see how eager. :wink2: I should have a model decided after tomorrow and then on to negotiations. Quite frankly the lot furthest away has been the most responsive.

We bought our 17 XT at Darrell Waltrip Subaru in Franklin. We did ok. I’m very impressed with their Honda division. Very friendly staff, but I don’t know that much about their reputation in the industry.
