I've had an STi for several years. I recently picked up an '07 Forester XT, and I love it!! [didn't sell my STi, fyi.] First difference I noticed were the headlights on my XT were mediocre at best. I went out and bought some new bright white lamps and installed them. The light is awesome but they are now out of adjustment. As in closer to the overpasses than the road.
Can someone send me a link to "How to adjust a Forester headlight." or simple how to. I can't seem to find anything online??
Thanks

Open the hood.

To the right of the washer tank fill neck, looking down from over the top of the headlight bucket, you will see a bolt head with a slot leading to it. Under the bolt head you will see what looks like a gear. That is where the headlights are adjusted. You can only adjust them vertically, not horizontally.

DMax - You rock dude! Thanks for the quick response. Headlights are now adjusted! Imagine you just saved me $100 or more so I don't need a service visit. Next time I make it to Alaska, beer on me!
