Was out last night and realised that the headlights need adjusting downwards, probably because the car is sitting a little different on the new suspension. So, on a JDM SF 1998, can they be adjusted at home, diy job, or is it a garage and specialist equipment jobbie ?
If they can be done on the driveway.....how ?

Thanks

And yes, I realise that it is a electrical/lights question but as I drive on the left and the T/tb was not imported into the US, this seemed the best place to start asking.

Assuming all SF's are equal.....................

A garage door is very handy as long as there's enough room in front of it and the ground is level.

Cheers Don, I'll have a look tomorrow and see if I can spot the adjusting screw bits.

Don't S/tb's have a turn switch on the dash just above the radio to do this?

That is for adjusting the headlight aim when you have a load in the back so you don't blind people.

Yes... and MoT testers turn it back to the default "0" position before doing the headlight alignment check. So it's no use trying to use it to set the alignment.

The JDM T/tb doesn't, hence the original question.

Forgot it's a T/tb. Did you ever get the front corner marker thingy working?

Only manually ! Must be an electrical connection 'somewhere' ! Will have a look at some point.

Yes, that's the one. I just leave it pushed in all the time. When it is pulled up then there is a lurid green glow from the top so there must be power to it but no apparent motor to raise/lower. Never tried it in the cold !

Cheers

Not sure if the rules have changed recently, but MOT testers were not allowed to adjust the knob before testing.
