Try spelling that once or twice. I just got these mounted on an extra set of xt rims that I picked up from a fellow on this board. Anyhow, I they are loud as tires go, quiet as studed tires go. They do however do their job quite well and I am really pleased. I have only had them on a little ice and some snow, 1-3" but I am going up to my local mountain tommorrow for some snowboarding, 28" in the last 48 hours yahoo, and will know more soon.

I'd be surprised if they didn't make you smile all the way home!
I'm in the second season now on Haka 2s, and if you experience ALL conditions EVERY day, I don't think you'll beat studded Hakas...there may be better ONLY fresh snow tires out there, and there may be better seldom see snow tires out there, but Hakas will meet or beat all the rest of the conditions. Especially ice...they've got more "rows" of studs than any other that I've been able to research on.
