Over Christmas I under went the huge job of fixing my head gaskets on the 98 Foz S. Since then things have not been the same.

I currently have the following problems:
Really Bad Gas Millage (17MPG on Highway) :icon_frown:
The Engine has very little power, I have to really rev it to move.
The are a lot of large bubbles coming from the Reservoir Tank when the engine is running.
The Engine does not sound very good, it's no longer running very quiet.
The Upper Radiator Pipe is hot after 30 mins driving but the radiator cap is still cool to touch.
I have an CEL with regard to a issue with the EGR Valve.

The Oil is at a good level. Air Filter is ok.

When I did the Head Gaskets I also replaced the following:
Spark Plugs, Water Pump, Timing Belt, Timing Belt Tensioner, AC Belt, Power Steering Belt, Head Bolts, A whole load of Vacuum pipe and other pipes. Crankshaft & Cam Shaft Seals. Valve Cover Seals & Lots of other O-Rings and seals.

I also cleaned and resealed the following:
Oil Pan & Oil Pipe.

After this I also had to replace the new Valve Cover Seals as the ones I bought were not thick enough.

So any ideas would be greatly received.

Hate to say it, but the bubbles in overflow tank sounds like there still a problem with the head gaskets. :icon_frown:

Both the block and the heads?

Doing one with out doing the other is like only building a dam 1/2 way across a river.

What gaskets did you use?
