No dealership of any make of vehicle will sell you a vehicle less than what the dealership paid for the car.
The invoice numbers that are revealed to the public are not the same the prices the dealer ACTUALLY pays for the vehicle.
If dealerships sold vehicles for less than what they paid for them they wouldn't be in business too long.
If the dealerships get an incentive from SOA, that is a different story.
