Ok. I'm not new to bending wrenches, or Subarus. I replaced the engine in my wife's 99. Now the horn doesn't work. Horn itself tests fine. All other accessories work just dandy. Where do I start chasing -this- one? :crazy: BTW, aftermarket shop manual schematics don't even SHOW the damn horn. hah!
