I have to repair my car's rusted fuel filler neck.
I ordered this particular part and already have it in my possession:

It was listed as compatible with my 2000 Forester, and it was the cheapest available (I'm Asian, it's in my genes. lol). However, it seems like the part I truly need is:

Notice the lack of small vent lines with the part that I bought.
So, any idea how I can make this work? Thanks!
