Hello
I have alpine type r components up front and I'm going to be upgrading them to Rockford t165-s or t165-s. First is 6 3/4" and next is 6 1/2". Any idea if the 6 3/4 will fit? Would prefer those if they fit. Now the other thing is I used universal 3/4" spacers and had to use self tapping screws to make new holes in the doors. Are there 2013 forester specific spacers available so I can use the oem spots?
Thanks

You can use the 6.5" or 6.75" speakers. You listed the same model number twice but all of the following have fit with the adapters below. The T-165-s shares a basket with several of those models, so I know that they fit as well.

RF Prime R1675
RF Prime R1675-S
RF Punch P1675
RF Power T1675
RF Punch P1675-S
RF Power T1675-S
RF Power T152s
RF Power T2652-S
RF P165-S
RF P165
RF Prime R165

That is just the list that I have handy. I am sure that there are more.

Here for adapters that will match up perfectly with the 2009-2013 Forester door mounting holes:
