Hello All, tomorrow I’m trading in my 2014 Outback Limited for a 2017 Forester XT CVT. I love my Outback but I am worried the cvt in it is not going to hold. Local dealership is giving me a good trade in and the FXT price is right. I also have an ‘09 WRX that the wife drives so I know about the turbos and maintenance. So looks like I’ll be frequenting the forums here and leaving my friends at subaruoutback.org

Quite a few mods actually. Lots of exterior and interior mods. Stage one 1 tune. Have an exhaust coming in next week. Excited about it.

My Outback is not stock either. Looking forward to playing with the FXT.

Very cool. Look forward to seeing her. My only complaints are the seats and the garbage windshields, as I live in the rock chip capitol of the world

Just want to make sure you are aware that your 2014 has a 10 year/100k mile warranty on its CVT.

Yes, well aware and I'm at 108,524. Also it has had the converter replaced twice as well as a short block for oil consumption. Outback out, Forester in!
