perhaps Subaru can post a video showing explicity HOW to re-set the MINUTES on the clock - no problem with hours, it is how to move the cursor over to the minute area to re-set & include the info in the owners manual ??? - very lacking

What year?

On my 2014 Limited, the clock function on the multi-display can only be set when the car is stationary and in park.

You use the levers on the left side of the steering wheel to cycle through to the clock, use the bottom lever to cycle to the minutes, pull the center SET lever and then use the top or bottom to go up or down to select thr right minute and then pull set lever again. move to the set icon on the screen and pull set lever again and then it's done. Then just use the go back icon to the beginning.

Same on my '16, and if you told me that setting the clock in a car would ever be that complicated, I never would have believed you. And we have the Daylight Savings Time set to "on", but still have to adjust the clock twice a year.

The 17 does not have the steering wheel buttons for MDF control. It uses a switch under the hazard switch. While stopped you press and hold in the switch then select time and date. Up and down selects the setting then press in to select and up down to change. You set the hours in 24 hour format them it will toggle to the minute setting. You have to then toggle to the set function.

I had a hard time understanding the DST setting until I figured it out. As of now the DST should be off and turned on in the spring. You have to set the clock to the correct time with the DST setting off for this time of year then all you need to do is turn on the DST in the spring. Hope you get what I'm trying to say.
