Hi, your Russian is still perfect.
Regarding "8.7. Rear Diff Outrigger Bushings (custom)": bushings themselves are made custom from polyurethane (Shore 65), sizes were taken from Whiteline items (Shore 75). If you need exact sizes - PM me your e-mail, I'll send you sizes.
Installation is straight forward, according to Peaty's instructions at ScoobyMods (need registration to view pictures):

Before I had seats from STI 07 Limited (with airbags and heating, recovered with black perforated leather + blue perforated alcantara) - you can see them on pictures, thbut they were too wide for me on racetrack.
Now I have RECARO GRB STI 08+ seats (some welding required to install in SG Forester)- they are amazing!!!
My wife's beige seats are from some STI GDB with airbags (recovered beige leather + alcantara)
