I am trying to wire in another set of Hella 550 light to my 01. I have stock lights, and am thinking that I could just jump into the existing circuit. (thus using both sets of light at the same time.)

Yet where to jump in? before the relay? after? Wiring is not at all my strong point... any comments appreciated....

The wiring for the stock lights is already flimsy. Don't try to shove any more current through it. Tap in right at the stock bulbs, use the stock wiring to power a relay, and power all four lights through that relay. The stock bulbs take around 5 amps each and your Hellas can't be too awfully much more hungry than that, so use a 30 Amp fuse and 10 gauge wire. Or you could do the same with a separate relay, 15 Amp fuse, and 12 or 14 gauge wire on each side. Relays are cheap. See my Sources Thread for sources.
