Hi all! First time Subaru owner here, I just bought a 2019 Sport and I’ve come across 2 issues I’m wondering if anyone else has dealt with. First - even though my software claims it’s up to date, from what I read online, it’s not. Not sure if this is causing my issue if losing my FM radio presets literally every time I start my car or not? The satellite stations are always there, but my FM presets disappear.

Also, when I’m highway driving and it’s windy if I have my window down at all even a few inches and want to roll it up - it will not roll up all the way. The automatic roll up starts to happen, it gets almost there & then comes back down. It will do this until I slow down to about 50 MPH and then it will roll up as it should. Thoughts?

The window thing sounds weird. There should be a window reset procedure described in the owner's manual. (At least there is in the 2015 manual). Might be worth a try.

Same problems with my 2019 Limited. I Googled the window problem and found a reset procedure (sorry, I forget what I did, but I'll check again.) Same problem with the radio, although mine will hold a station for a few days before it vanishes.

:frown2: It wouldn't let me post the Youtube link, but just Google it and you can get to a Youtube video that worked to fix my window problem.
