I read an article mentionin a fishing rod holde in the 2.0xt?
Anyone know was this an option or amI completely blind and cant find it in my car? It's and Irish model by the way...

There are, in fact, no fewer than twenty three separate storage spaces throughout the car, including a special fishing-rod compartment and, would you believe, a plastic bucket in the spare wheel. Its purpose? According to the importers, it depends upon your mood.
Thanks in advance...

Look in the hatch. If you have a cargo mat (the black tray thing) pick it up and look towards the back of the hatch at the base of the rear seats.

thanks, just put a cargo mat in last night and can't say I saw anything.
Does it just look like a hole/ opening so the rods can slide through from the boot?? Like a ski holder in an Audi?

You don't have a pic by any chance?

Thanks for your help, much appreciated... :icon_razz:

Don't get your hopes up. It's not like any of those.

Try this thread for pix and discussion. If you wish, you can add "fishing rod" to the applications.
