My 1999 Subaru Forster S sat idle for about a week. When I tried to start my vehicle, the battery was dead. When my brother hooked up a charger, all the lights in the vehicle came on flashing. This was hazard lights, turn signals, instrumentation, even the gear shift indicators kept blinking. After he disconnected the large module located in the dashboard behind the fuse block, they stopped flashing. However, now I can't lock the doors. Does anybody have any experience with this problem
