filter included black frame and was NOT just a filter only

replaced low beams with
Osram Nightbreakers H1

Removed resonator in air intake path.
Replaced with a gpmoto elbow - left FXT's "minimal snorkel" in place
reset ecu

Finally got around to mounting some fog lights in our 07 FXT sport

after looking at the choices (very limited - but preachers install was what I would have loved to do, just don't have the room with the sports front end)

I went with the smallest fog light package I could find.

ended up with the PIAA 1451 fog package

used the stock wiring, hacked off the stock connector and wired in...

picked up the oem relay and fog button through Jackie at Annapolis subaru

I put the summer tires on last weekend, which means were due for some more snow.

Finally killed the pirellli's pzero nero m&s in 235/55/17

replaced with a hankook ventus high performance allseason tire (misnomer) in 225/50/17

cleaned engine bay

need cleaned engine bay pics/subie gal pod pics/tire pics remove all putfile links
getting ready to replace rotors/pads/paint calipers and rotor top hats flat black

Replaced stock rotors with centric blanks

Replaced stock pads with Hawk Ceramics (04-05 wrx fitment)

Painted stock calipers black with G2 caliper painting kit (2 part epoxy) hubcapsplus.com had the best price shipped

note first time having it completely up on jackstands (thanks scoobymods for the tutorials as always)

aps 65mm intake installed

not too bad having already removed the milk jugs from both our 02 wrx and the 07 fxt.

tight fit, rubber hose wrapped bracket that is inside the fender (sir william noted his was rubbing on this bracket)

only other note is that it looks like i'm going to have to cut the fender plug for fit bracket that holds the aps intake against the inner fender.

very pleased with it so far, it really changes the look of the vehicle (for the better)

for those wanting the vehicle lowered, i really like the current height for the winter snows. it takes a while for the plows to make it to our parts....
