Not me. Made a run where a guy drank about 14 oz of Witch Hazel with methyl (rubbing) alcohol in it followed by several generous swigs of chlorine bleach, and an unknown number of Aleve tablets. Attempted suicide, but all he got out of it was a really upset stomach and an emergency mental health committment after ER treatment.

I've seen my share of attempted suicides when I ran with the EMS squads here.

One of my friends' (I'll say baby mama) tried to do that with rubbing alcohol and orange juice once. That's a nasty screwdriver.

suicide attempts are never fun... I'm glad we managed to talk my friend down back when his life hit a major rough patch.
And after some of the horror stories I've heard from my sister (911 dispatcher) there could've been far worse alternatives due to collateral damage, and influence on others.
