I have removed every screw I can find, I have taken out the speaker and the control unit for the windows. But I still cant remove the door panel. I found one thread that says use a putty knife and gently prise round the edge. I have tried this and it feels like it's going to break. Am I just being too gentle with it? I have removed every other piece of interior trim no probs. Just cant get the door panel to budge. :icon_frown:

On mine there is a hidden screw under a small flap in the bottom of the door handle pocket/recess, and is quite a chunky one from memory. On Don's pic it is the one bang in the middle of the diagram.

Thanks everyone. I was hoping I could push out a dent in the drivers door, but the side impact bars are in the way. Have to find a green door now. (wheres Shakey when you need him?)
