OK -I read the thread up to about page 20 where ccfab indicated the sleeves had a bunch or hairline cracks on the outer portion. It was getting to be too much of a soap opera after that. In the posts, it seems the general consensus of the failure was different rates of expansion between the aluminum and the devcon.
Oh well, I thought I had stumbled on to a way to address the head general gasket issues seen on the 2.5L NA motors. I was thinking if it worked well on a turbo motor, it would work great on a NA motor.
