Upon returning to my car after being in the grocery store, I discovered that someone hit my 2010 Forrester. The plastic piece above the bumper has a 1 inch buckle/rip, the light cover is cracked, and there is white paint/several scratches in a approximately 10 in wide area on the bumper. The police are trying to look at the tapes to see if they can determine who hit my car. But just in case they can't, do you have any ideas on how much this may cost to repair?

Do you have pictures?
Painting the bumper will cost a few hundred dollars between materials and labor, assuming that it can be fixed. Most shops would rather install a new part ($225), because the results are better.
The rear combination lens is about $180 and the rear reflector is $10.
