Never hurts to do a little audit of a vehicle's ground wire connections to the body or motor. I did this. I actually found one that while not loose per se it turned easily clockwise when I checked it with a ratchet and 10mm socket. It was one that comes out of the wiring harness and bolts into the forward facing side of the left front suspension strut housing next to the fuse & relay compartment in the engine bay. This is on an '09.

IMO, the factory grounding connections should be checked, as in clean, regrease & tighten, before you invest in a grounding kit. Odds are good that you won't need one.

I prefer a heavier grease, but dielectric grease will work perfectly for this application.

Looked again and it comes off the negative battery cable, not out of the wiring harness.
