I assume the 2014 uses the same NWB aero blades as the 2012. The arms are the normal J hook style, but the lock is different.
Follow the arm up to where it meets the blade. You can kind of see how it curves under at that point. Then there is another piece just a bit over an inch long, then more blade. The inch long piece pivots up. Take a flat blade screwdriver and with the handle towards the main arm, gently pry up the piece of plastic. Once you do that just lift the arm and take the blade off about like normal.
When you put it back on just press down on the lock.
I'll try to add some pics later. I took some just now with my phone, but I'm not sure of the quality yet.
