i love the rumble that the wrx makes, of course i know its tuned different and yada yada yada, so im not expecting the performance, but id like to have that sound, what can i do to get it besides the obvious of getting a wrx?

any suggestions?

either axle back or cat back, you will need to rotate the flange that you use to connect to the rest of your stock exhaust and extend by 2". it is not a direct bolt on. however, some of us are going with this so that we don't have to modify the exhaust:

I got excited there for a minute till I realized that adapter won't work for me. I have a 2.25" Stromung midpipe to the stock axelback. I've been wanting to pop on a WRX axelback but it has the flange alignment issue.

Also, the exhaust hangers are a bit misaligned on a WRX/STi exhaust when trying to fit onto an N/A Foz if I remember correctly.
