I have looked around and seen people with similar problems but not the same year or the same lights. The main cabin light (not map lights) and the trunk light do not work. The bulbs are fine. The map lights work. I know it can't be the fuse because that is for all of the lights and I checked it anyway. I figured I'd ask if anyone had an idea of where to look before I started pulling interior panels out willy-nilly and went after the wiring and stuff with a multimeter.

The fuse is the same for the spot lights & the cabin lights. The difference is the automatic operation of the cabin lights, which is controlled by the BIU - Body Integrated Unit.

Questions:

[1] Do the cabin lights work, operate when switched on manually?
[2] Have you upgraded the cabin illumination... as in brighter bulbs or LED?

Bobby...
