My suggestion is...save your money. Changing rotors unless you are tracking your car are a waste of cash. You'll vastly improve your braking through better pads vs any kind of blingy rotor.
So slotted and drilled rotors don't actually increase breaking response? Seems to make sense that they might work better wet- will shed the water easier.
