That is really cool. How difficult was the wiring harness merge? I do have one other question...why is your alternator so rusty? That alone is a testament to how well made Subaru's and their parts are made. It looks like ship wreck salvage but keeps on working. Again, very nice job on the reinvention of your Forester.

Alternater is rusty because its original from 98 :p
The wire harness is easy, gut your car, pull out air controll box and ac evap box, pull your harness, stuff it into a really big box along with the harness of the year motor your running, send it to Zypher, get it back a couple weeks later, put it back in :)

Hey...that does sound easy. Almost like magic.:biggrin: Again though, very nice end results.

Replaced the stock shifter with a kartboy ss and some shiny knob thing. Car feels like a new animal
