The '03 valve will not fit onto the '07 tmic. The flange style is different. You'll need a STI/06-08 WRX style bpv. I'm not too sure on the parts # but I do have an STI bpv in my garage I'll send out to you for cheap. All you'd have to find is the elbow that connects the bpv to the recirc hose.
Here's a pic, not mine but you get the idea of what I'm talking about, the one I have in my garage doesn't have that elbow that's circled.
