Is there a thread on this already? I'd love to blackout my headlights on my 04 XT. Did a quick search and didn't come up with much though. I'm guessing it's terminology I have wrong, can someone point me in the right direction?

Do you mean blacked out as in tinted or actually removing the lens and blacking the inside?

Use Headlight Mod as your search term...lots of stuff
