The only oil filter that puts out numbers is Fram Ultra Synthetic its 99% @20 microns. Mobil 1 says 99% at greater than 30 microns so that is probably 99% @ 40 microns which is what most filters are.

When I saw that I removed my Mobil1 filter with a couple hundred miles and installed the Ultra.

Using a 15 micron engine vs 40 micron reduces extend engine wear by two and a half times. People fret all the time about their cars and poo poo this info....whatever
