Is there anywhere in Eastern Canada to get a AP ProTune? I am in NB and can't find anything.

LaChute Performance is the closest I can find, they are about 11 hours drive away.

I am not sure Twofast has a dyno, but anyways Twofast and Lachute are about 30 to 45 minutes away!

You might have more luck heading into the states adn driving towards Boston. Are there no AWD dyno's even in Halifax ? At least if you go to Lachute you'll get some good work done, they have a great rep.
