Auto light sensitivity adjustments

Where can I adjust the settings for my light sensitivity for my 2018 Forester XT sold in the Philippines but was told it was European specs> I have looked at the manual and followed youtube videos to set to a different level but it does not seem to have this option.

Page 3-85 in the Canadian manual. Some trim levels may not allow owner configuration of some settings and may need a trip to the dealer. My trim level is "Limited."
