CR's test report of the 2019 Ascent was just released, and it's their new top-rated mid-sized model, topping former six-year champ Toyota Highlander, along with the usual suspects such as Mazda CX-9, Hyundai Santa Fe, Honda Pilot, and several others. It's rated first of a total 16 tested models in the class.
