Remember the wider the tire the worse the gas mileage and worse the tire wear will be, especially with AWD

It depends on how wide the 18" wheel is. As for me, I went with 18x7.5" (+42 offset) which, per my trusted tire guy said, is the optimum width for a Toyo Proxes 4, 235/45 tire. :smile:

thanks guys for your comments i will consider it all

I don't really mind about the tire wear or the gas mileage i just want that wider look because i think it looks sick plus i just want more traction. i'll probably end up using spacers but whatever. please keep the suggestions coming guys cause the more the better. thanks again

How wide a wheel are you considering, 18x9"? Sounds pretty interesting, curious to see the results. That's alot of tire for a street car.
