[Auspex]

Accidentally sat on my key fob last week and set off the alarm. No biggie, I hit the lock button and voila! It turned off.

Since then, though, every time I lock, or unlcok my car, using my fob is chirps at me to let me know it's actually working.

HOW THE HELL DO I TURN THIS OFF. Such a small chirp but it's driving me insane.

Did anyone come up with a way to make the chirp slightly quieter? I like it i just think its slightly too loud. Also, I cant seem to disable the chirp from the directions in the link above either.
