So last week I decided to drain the radiator of the coolant that was in it the car is a 98 forester auto transmission. So I drained the water out and I think I still have a air bubble in the cooling system. Any help would be greatly appreciated are there any tricks to quickly bleed this system I’ve never had so much trouble with a cooling system in my entire life

Why do you think you have an air bubble?

Please find attach a copy of the procedure to change and refill the coolant from the Official Subaru Service Manual for my 2010 Forester. If I did not have the manual my technique would have been very similar, but I think Subaru's method is more refined.
