Hey guys, I have an 08 Forester XT. Went to the dealer to check out a clunking noise in the rear. Turns out I have a blown strut at only 15K miles. I'm assuming it won't be under warranty as I have the STI springs. Anyone have any recommendations on aftermarket struts or should I just stick with the OEM ones? Not looking to break the bank. Thanks for any information.

Can't you just go with Kyb gr2/excel-g struts? (same strut, different name)
Standard replacement struts for the forester.
They got 15% more dampening rate then oem.

dont forget tokico d-specs! if you read the sticky @ the top of the page you would have known the sti springs would prematurely wear out the oem struts... unfort you learned the hard way!
