You can just add it, but depending on how old your antifreeze is, I would change it if it's been over a year. Make sure that if you do flush it, re-fill with half undiluted Anti-freeze half DISTILLED water. Add the conditioner half way into filling it (the coolant system takes just under 8 quarts....4 undiluted coolant, 4 distilled water)
But if you changed it recently, just add to the coolant system (NOT THE OVERFLOW BOTTLE). Not sure of your year, but on my 04, the radiator doesn't have a fill point, it's on a reservoir tank above the engine on the left. Other years have a fill point on the radiator itself.

I've got a '14 Forester XT Touring that produces a loud "whine" on cold, first-thing-in-the-morning start (not that cold, 30-45º) which slowly dissipates as it warms up. I've researched this issue here and elsewhere with little satisfaction. I have checked the serpentine and ALL the pulleys -...
Costco broke a tire lug. 2014 Subaru Forester 2.5L. All the mechanics shops are closed till Monday and it’s friday. What’s the max distance and speed I can drive on 4 out of 5 lugs?
Should I Uber? Can I drive the 8 miles home?
Costco will pay for the repair of the lug but not an Uber / tow.
The driver side mirror on my 2019 Forester Touring was vandalized, with no damage to the door. I brought it in to the dealer that I bought the car from and they wanted over $700 in parts and 2.5 hours of labor for a total of about $1,000. I ended up buying the parts online and installing them...
