i've got a set of some good cooper discovery tires
but they're for a 14" rim
i'm want to run these for winter
they'd be amazing with the awd
just wondering if anyone knows if the rim will clear?

also whats the biggest tire size you can run with out rubbing on a 99L with stock suspension?

thanks

I've heard that even 15" requires grinding the calipers, but I don't have any experience with it. I'm running 225/60/16s right now and would love to go to a 15" (or 14") for that matter. If anyone has any experience with it your feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Also, amclumberjack, how much rub did you have on that size?

Definitely can't fit a 14" wheel. 15" I believe fits on your year. 215/65/16 is the biggest that will fit without rubbing on an SF (or equivalent size tire in 15")

15" will fit.
215/65/16 is the largest that will fit with the SF suspension. I got like 2mm clearing on the rear with the grabbers on.
