afternoon all.

99/00 Foz Turbo S. Battery Issue.

Battery is lasting about a week if it doesn't get took on a 50 mile ride out. Around the doors, its dead in a week.

Battery is approximately 3 years old.

Is it time for a new one already or could it be draining somewhere?

cheers

I've got exactly the same issue. Battery used to hold a charge for about three weeks when on vacation.
Now its dead in a week. Admittedly its now sitting around for while, as I have a company van to do the drag to the office (Epping to Croydon every bleeding day) and use the car at weekends. But still, what gives..

I had the same problem with an old VW and the prob was one of the door switches running the interior light , the contact had snapped off and was earthing on the body work and draining the battery.

Hope you find the prob bud
