Does any one out there know of any type of assisted gear change/shifter that would be suitable or adaptable for the 6MT ?.

I keep searching but only seem to find motor bike gear changers or full race power shifters.

Help, please. My arthritic wrists are suffering.

try an SJ, they've done "stuff" to the gearshift apparently.
