2023 - Wilderness - Self dimming mirror installation question?

I’ve got the mirror and I wand to install it, but how do you get the cover off on the upper console that has the wiring? I don’t see and screws that are obvious and I don’t want to Stuart pry and pulling and break it.

any tips?
